Thank you for choosing to practice Yoga with me! I am so grateful to you and I can’t wait to meet you.

Please contact me on hello@saaravanceyoga.com to sign up to any of my classes, courses, workshops or day retreats!

  • No experience is needed prior to joining any of my classes! Come along just as you are - I modify the practice for beginners and give lots of options to play with and advance.

  • Please know that Yoga is for everyone and practicing regularly can help to improve your overall wellbeing, including strength and flexibility over time. Come along just the way you are!

  • Wear lose, comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in.

  • A yoga mat - I have a few spares only at Yoga at Taylor Place available to borrow if you forget

    Any yoga props you like to use - I have yoga bricks, straps, bolsters and chairs available to borrow at Yoga at Taylor Place only

    A water bottle

    A blanket for Savasana (relaxation)

    Yoga is practiced barefoot - if you would like to wear socks, please choose socks that have grippy dots on the sole to avoid sliding on the mat

  • For Newdigate Village Hall:

    There is a free car park right in front of Newdigate sports and social club. It does sometimes get busy when there are events on at the social club, in which case you can park on any of the nearby roads.

    The village hall is accessed via a small path that runs alongside the Sports and Social Club. The door will be left ajar when you arrive.

    For Yoga at Taylor Place:

    There is no parking available on site. There are a few parking bays opposite the studio, which do sometimes get busy. Alternative parking can be found at Dorking Leisure Centre/Dorking Halls (Reigate Rd, Dorking RH4 1SG) or on Wathen Road (4 Wathen Rd, Dorking RH4 1JU). These are pay and display car parks.

    For Hotpod Yoga Horsham:

    The nearest car park is The Forum Blackhorse Way Car Park, Horsham RH12 1NU.

    Alternatively cark parks are available at Piries Place (Copnall Way, Horsham RH12 1NY) and Swan Walk (3-4 Medwin Walk, Horsham RH12 1AG) car parks.

  • Class times vary depending on the type of class you are attending. Please see a guideline below:

    Private classes - choose from 45 mins, 60 mins or 90 mins

    Online classes for Mary Frances Trust and Action for Carers - 60mins

    In Person classes for Mary Frances Trust - 60 mins

    Gentle Yoga course - 60 mins

    Newdigate classes - 75mins

    Pregnancy Yoga - 60 mins with the exception of one class per course lasting 90 minutes due to a guest speaker attending

    Mum & Baby Yoga - 45 mins with extra time for teas and treats afterwards

    Hotpod Yoga classes - 60 mins

  • Please review my website for class descriptions and to get a flavour for what to expect in each class.

    I offer options and modifications for all as appropriate so please don’t worry if you are new - you are always more than welcome just as you are.

  • Classes are suitable for all with options and modifications provided as appropriate.

  • It is recommended to avoid meals 1-2 hours before class so that you can be as comfortable as possible during class.

  • Many congratulations on your pregnancy! I offer Pregnancy Yoga courses for all stages of pregnancy starting from your 12 week scan right up until you are ready for birthing your beautiful baby. Please review the Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga area of the website regarding course details.

    If you would prefer to join regular classes whilst pregnant, please contact me prior to attending on hello@saaravanceyoga.com.

  • Yes! I offer Private One to One and Private Small Group classes. I would love to connect with you about Private classes! Please contact me for more details on hello@saaravanceyoga.com.

  • I can’t wait to meet you and share some gorgeous Yoga with you! Please email me on hello@saaravanceyoga.com or use the contact form on my website to get in touch! There is a short health form to be completed prior to attending any classes, which will be sent to you via email to complete.
