Yoga helps to elevate mood and and bring harmony to life, it calms the mind and reduces stress, encourages mental clarity, improves mind-body connection and helps with management of anxiety and depression.
This class is led by Saara, who shares yoga in a way that balances elements of fun, light-heartedness, strength and serenity, whilst encouraging a deeper connection with the self.
