“ For me, the sessions were so much more than a yoga class. From the “tea” therapy to the delicious smells and meditations it felt like a couple of hours where I was truly looked after and focusing on myself (which is hard as a mum of twins as you know)... I think you have a special quality of being able to support someone’s soul and mind as well as their body.
I found the mix of exercises really varied, some I had done before and some new ones. I liked the way you challenged me and gave me options. Some of them were too tricky but you didn’t make me feel useless if I couldn’t do something.
I loved your calm but fun attitude. It didn’t feel stuck up, but also felt very at ease. I often brought in the stresses of the day and by the end of the session felt completely different, going home with a more grounded and calm attitude myself.
I loved the sound therapy you brought into the final session. It was totally new for me and had a profound affect. Also the meditation elements allowed me to relax in a way I find difficult having struggled lots with anxiety and panic attacks.
I found the whole experience highly relaxing and unique. I think I would struggle to find a yoga teacher who would give such personal and holistic support to a beginner. Thank you so much.”
